Has anyone noticed that some of the auto assigned gravatar profile pictures are mildly disturbing? |

I was trying to figure out if I could change mine and what the options are. How did you change your own picture?
I was wondering the same thing, it always sends me to gravatar.com

Go to the gravatar site and sign up using the same email address you use to login to this forum. Upload a picture there and it will be automatically updated here in about 10 minutes.
@Kimberly Spillman, go to Gravatar and register there with the email address you used to sign up for the forum. Once you upload an avatar there it will also show here.
I am sure they posted it but go to the gravatar link in you profile and create a gravatar which will update later with the photo you uploaded to it.

Use [link name] followed by (link address)
I did all that and my gravatar did not show up after half an hour.
On Gravatar it says that it has been uploaded and to wait 5-10 min. But still it doesn't show up here.
@Apple: I remember on gravatar there is in option where you can select on which sites the gravatar image should be used. Maybe you just have to go there again and explicitly add

Maybe they are trying to push us to sign up, in order to avoid looking at that abomination..
