Is grading relative? ALL_AVERAGE.

Hey , I was quite shocked to see many people doing the same mistake as I did in few questions.
And I don't think anybody got all the answers correct unless he is geeky in this field since start and knew things before, Infact they may fail in some questions because of unique interpreter formatting.

I just wonder, what will be the grading system they will choose , Will it be the absolute or relative ?

After finding question incorrect when you got correct output , feels like getting shot in the head sometimes. -.- , How to overcome this feel ???
