I have tried different browsers,I have tried both my pc and laptop with same internet connection but to no avail. One of my friend says that its a ip address issue, somehow udacity server has blocked my ip address. Why is that? Can anyone help me with this issue?I am completely freaked out.

I dont know what can be the possible reason. for this, i missed the Homework2 deadline, and now I dont think i will continue. I may take other coursera courses instead.
