Scores for incorrectly graded homeworks not fixed yet, with certifications already rolling out

I have not received the course completion email yet, and I still see incorrectly graded home works on my progress page:

2-5: I heard that 2-5 was to be dropped.
3-4: Did I have to do anything to have this one fixed?
4-5: I even posted my solution to the 4-5 thread about a week ago, but I don't seem to be able to find it now. Should I have resubmitted it as well?
6-2: block diagonal. I believe Sebastian clarified that diagonal is also block-diagonal, so I was hoping that this one would be regraded.

I hope it is not too late to have these fixed. I had thought they will all automatically get fixed, before the certificates were sent.
Now people are getting their certificates and I wonder if I have missed doing the right thing to have the above issues fixed.
