My wife took this, and I concur, it's excellent. In fact, I wish I'd had Strang, instead of whoever it was teaching it when I was there.

It's not the simplest and most straightforward approach -- it's quite thorough.

Check out some of the tutorials at http://www.thelearningpoint.net/
The Linear Algebra section is one of the first things right at top of the page.
They are more like informal college notes and problem sheets thank like text books though.
